Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate in Detroit, Michigan! We are looking for versatile individuals to join our logistics team and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the safe handling of goods, and meeting order fulfillment deadlines. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record-keeping and cycle counts.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy Lifting tasks up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Understanding of general logistics operations.
  • Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
