About
We are looking for dedicated and efficient Picker/Packers to join our logistics team in Dallas, Texas. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order requests and then carefully packing them for shipment. This requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. You will utilize RF scanners to locate products and record picked items. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent walking and the ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Safety is our top priority, and strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. - Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or consolidation.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
