Are you meticulous, organized, and passionate about maintaining accurate inventory records? Our vibrant logistics facility in Miami, Florida, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory accuracy within our warehouse. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, implementing inventory control procedures, and ensuring that our inventory management system is up-to-date and reliable. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify root causes of inventory variances. You will work closely with other warehouse teams to improve processes and minimize stock errors. A keen understanding of logistics operations is beneficial. Safety is a core value, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. While primarily an analytical role, some physical activity may be involved, including occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs. - Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment or adjustments.
- Analyze inventory trends and provide reports on findings.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Support receiving and shipping functions as needed to maintain inventory flow.
