We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities can include picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse upkeep. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, handle products with care, and maintain an organized and clean workspace. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. - Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Must possess the ability to handle repeated lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
