Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee stock rotation.
  • Ensure efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Train and mentor warehouse personnel.

  • Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring availability.
  • Contribute to strategic logistics planning and improvements.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by all team members.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and other relevant technology.
  • Knowledge of safety best practices and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
