We are seeking a meticulous Picker/Packer to join our fulfillment operations in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to **safety** protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Follow all company **safety** policies and wear required **PPE**.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular **lifting** of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Must wear **PPE** correctly and consistently.
