We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is fundamental to our distribution and logistics network, involving a range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including moderate to heavy lifting, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
