Have at least 5 years' experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator. Demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting laptop/desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office). Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
