Strategy & Analytics Manager
with strong SQL expertise and experience in tech environments. This role focuses on driving customer experience improvements, operational efficiency, and business strategy through data-driven insights Manager Notes (Must-Have Requirements) Previous experience working in
technology companies Strong track record of
driving measurable business results SQL expertise is mandatory Python knowledge is a strong plus Minimum
5+ years of work experience Degree in
Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field Strong experience with: SQL Queries ETL Processes A/B Testing Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets using
SQL
to generate actionable business insights Define, track, and optimize
KPIs
related to customer experience and operations Conduct
A/B testing
and support experimentation frameworks Build dashboards, reports, and scalable analytical models (Excel/Google Sheets) Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows (Python is a plus) Translate business problems into structured analyses and recommendations Partner with cross-functional teams to drive
measurable business outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
analytics, strategy, consulting, or product roles Prior experience working in a
technology company Strong expertise in
SQL, ETL processes, and data analysis Hands-on experience with
A/B testing and KPI management Degree in
Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Experience with
Python
and automation Background in
customer experience or operations strategy Experience building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions Exposure to
