• Must reside within 30 miles of Malvern, PA • Must have a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to client locations • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs • Must pass a background check and drug test • This is NOT a remote-only role

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Matching IRA contribution • Health Insurance • Mileage Reimbursement Responsibilities: • Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software • Configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops/desktops and Microsoft Office • Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and manage permissions • Manage tickets via monitoring dashboards (ConnectWise, Automate) • Maintain detailed daily time tracking for client tasks • Support and maintain cybersecurity tools and solutions • Ensure proper data security measures are implemented • Document technical processes and procedures and recommend improvements • Demonstrate initiative to learn new tools and take on new projects • Perform additional technical duties as assigned Qualifications:
Level 2 – Network Engineer Requirements
• Network architecture (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) • Server hardware & virtualization (HP, Dell, Hyper-V) • Active Directory, Azure, Domain Controllers • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): users, groups, roles, conditional access, authentication policies • Integration of Entra ID with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and third-party applications • OneDrive & SharePoint administration • SonicWall firewall configuration • Wireless Access Point (WAP) management • Backup technologies
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Entra for deployment and troubleshooting is preferred • Strong face-to-face and phone-based customer support skills • Ability to manage and escalate tickets effectively • Experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing system (preferred but not required) • Familiarity with remote tools such as ScreenConnect or QuickAssist (preferred) • Associate's Degree (or higher) preferred but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
