Description
We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their IT career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment. You will provide first-level technical support to employees across multiple locations, helping resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues. If you enjoy problem-solving and helping people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues Assist with setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Support new hires with system access and equipment setup Reset passwords and manage basic user access Document issues and solutions in ticketing system Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude Requirements
Qualifications
Must be comfortable working at heights at times. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent training) Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn new technologies Ability to work onsite and support users in person Internship, campus IT support, or personal tech experience preferred
