If you are a passionate and experienced Teacher with a knack for special educational needs, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our pupils.

As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will lead a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your mission? To create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to a wide range of abilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inspiring pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to uphold high educational standards
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback
• Utilizing diverse teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement
• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment
• Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our values

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Proven experience in SEN teaching
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success

Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
