About

Your Role 

  • Assist in delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation and related Monitoring services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs  

  • Provide SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service  

  • Maintain the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool  

  • Participate in migration projects within the Workload Automation domain  

  • Keep documentation up to date, ensuring connections and processes between all services while minimizing overlaps between services delivered by different teams in the Workload Automation domain  

  • Identify potential risks to service delivery and assist in developing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions  

  • Assist in assessing and enhancing Workload Automation processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency  

Your Profile  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT industry  

  • Initial working experience in Workload Automation and IT Operations  

  • Basic experience with Workload Automation Tools  

  • Deep knowledge of service delivery within ITIL guidelines  

  • Ability to understand and hold various roles in IT  

  • Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks  

  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work both independently and as part of an international team  

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and empathy in dealing with stakeholders
