Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure product integrity.
- Update inventory records in the WMS accurately and promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe inventory storage environment.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and WMS.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
