In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. This includes conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock levels, and ensuring our warehouse management system (WMS) is up-to-date. Your efforts are crucial for efficient operations, preventing stockouts, and minimizing errors in our supply chain. We emphasize a culture of safety; adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory-related issues and implement process improvements. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage stock rotation and ensure product integrity.
  • Update inventory records in the WMS accurately and promptly.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe inventory storage environment.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and WMS.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
