We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packaging customer orders, ensuring timely and correct shipments. You'll work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing directly to the success of our logistics operations. Your primary duties will include navigating the warehouse using handheld scanners, locating items on shelves, carefully picking them, and then preparing them for shipment by packaging them securely. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth within the company. Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. We emphasize the importance of safe Lifting techniques and expect all associates to be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
