We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement and organization of materials within our warehouse, playing a key part in our overall logistics operations. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately stocking items in their designated locations, and preparing materials for distribution or further processing. You will operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained), ensuring safe handling practices. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you must be diligent in using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to all company safety protocols. This position requires physical capability, including regular lifting and maneuvering of items, often weighing up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses excellent attention to detail, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
