Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our Washington, D.C. warehouse operations as a Warehouse Associate! This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of various products. We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, contributing to the overall success of our logistics chain. We prioritize Safety above all else, requiring the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all established safety protocols, including guidelines for manual Lifting.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established Safety procedures.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and practices to prevent injuries.
  • Support the broader Logistics and warehouse team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
