Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Perform lifting of items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order specifications and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
