We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is integral to our Logistics and distribution efforts, contributing directly to the efficient movement of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Package products safely and securely for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, upholding high Safety standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting duties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the Logistics chain.
This role requires the physical capability for frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or Logistics setting is advantageous but not strictly required.
