Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Sacramento, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all logistics activities. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflows, optimizing inventory management, and implementing best practices for order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining a productive and safe work environment, enforcing company policies, and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to Safety are essential. This role is critical to the success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation to meet operational targets.
  • Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, coordinating cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on efficiency and Safety.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as Lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Must be committed to upholding high standards of Safety and operational excellence.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE when required.
