Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas using WMS.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Load trucks for outbound shipments.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
