You will meticulously review pick lists, locate the correct products, and stage them for packing. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and select products for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated staging areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers as needed.
- Meet or exceed picking performance targets.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and instructions.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a logistics environment.
