Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our operations in Portland, Oregon, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be engaged in various aspects of the fulfillment cycle, from picking and packing to preparing orders for shipment. We pride ourselves on a safe, productive, and collaborative warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments with accurate labeling and necessary documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and support stock management.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as part of the overall logistics process.
  • This position requires regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs and extended periods of standing and walking.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically capable of performing tasks including frequent Lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of logistics workflows is beneficial.
