We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role is crucial to our supply chain, contributing directly to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training may be provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
