Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order lists or scanner data.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and securely pack items to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners to track inventory and order status.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred. Must be capable of frequent Lifting of packages up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the entire shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Must follow all Safety procedures diligently. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
