We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of goods. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accurately picked, packed, and labeled.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, promoting a safe environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the logistics operation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount. Understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
