About
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving warehouse in Houston, Texas. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, kitting, and staging orders, as well as managing inventory and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety within our logistics environment. You will work closely with our inventory management systems and collaborate with other team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves frequent movement and consistent lifting of items, up to 50 lbs. A thorough understanding and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory to ensure a safe working experience for everyone.
