In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Support the overall logistics operations by meeting daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and shoes.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
