This role is fundamental to our daily operations, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping processes, ensuring the efficient movement of goods. A commitment to **safety** and a proactive approach are key. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including significant **Lifting**, and who can work effectively in a fast-paced **logistics** environment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to **PPE** requirements, and collaborating with colleagues are crucial aspects of this job.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and accurately log incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and organize warehouse storage areas.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Load and unload trailers and containers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
  • Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
  • Strictly adhere to all **safety** regulations and consistently use required **PPE**.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for **logistics** efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may include repetitive **Lifting**.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and **logistics**.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high **safety** standards and utilizing **PPE**.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
