About
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and performing inventory and quality controls. This position is crucial to our daily logistics and requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will work closely with the warehouse supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure all **PPE** is worn correctly at all times.
- Be prepared for significant **Lifting** and physical exertion throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and **logistics**.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
