Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and storing incoming inventory, as well as picking and packing orders for shipment. You will also assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that orders are accurate and that inventory levels are maintained correctly. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to upholding our high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips to ensure accuracy.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Understanding of basic inventory management principles. Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE at all times.
