Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our Milwaukee, Wisconsin warehouse. In this critical logistics role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, managing stock rotation, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss and ensure product availability. A strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management systems is required. Safety is paramount in our operations, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. While direct heavy lifting may not be the primary focus, the ability to assist with moving inventory and performing counts often involves some lifting. You will collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues and optimize storage strategies.
