We are seeking a driven Fulfillment Associate for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma operations. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics, focusing on accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be responsible for picking products, packing them securely, and ensuring they meet our quality standards before dispatch. A high level of attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack products safely and efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and labeling.
- Operate packing equipment and assist with shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and basic logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE.
- Dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
