Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets
- Verify product codes and quantities
- Pack items securely for shipment
- Stage orders for shipping personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate order picking equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE
- Assist with inventory checks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player mentality
