Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics center in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and precision directly impact customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will utilize various warehouse tools and equipment, and must be comfortable with physical tasks including frequent lifting. The proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. This is a vital role in our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Verify order accuracy for product and quantity.
  • Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
  • Stage orders for shipping departments.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for the entire shift.
  • Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
