We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. Your responsibilities will include managing and training warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing warehouse layout and storage, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be responsible for enforcing safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conducting regular safety audits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics best practices. This role involves significant problem-solving and requires you to be adept at managing resources effectively. While this position is primarily supervisory, some manual tasks, including occasional heavy lifting, may be required.
