Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately sort incoming materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment, ensuring no damage to goods.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy **lifting** (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and wearing required **PPE**.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
