The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all guidelines regarding the use of PPE.
- Be prepared for frequent Lifting of various sized packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety procedures.
