Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. This position is key to our logistics network, impacting customer satisfaction and operational success. You will be expected to handle products with care, maintain inventory accuracy, and adhere to all company policies, including the use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Understand and follow logistics workflows.
- Involve moderate to frequent lifting of packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management is helpful.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
