Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using a scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Meet performance standards for pick and pack accuracy and speed.
- Proper use of all required PPE.
- Regular lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent and repetitive lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
