This exciting role involves managing our Portlaoise coldstore.
Part of the Northraven Group with stores in Roscrea and Mallow, our Portlaoise site is the largest in the group with over 25,000 pallets instore at any one time.
This demanding role involves:
- Supervision of a large site in Portlaoise -Team leading and team management of up to 10 staff, maintaining high performance levels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers -Ensure Health & Safety compliance within the warehouse facility
- Oversee warehouse housekeeping, maintenance and Health & Safety standards
- Liaising with 3rd parties, such as maintenance contractors, auditors and customers Desirable Requirements: -Warehouse Supervision Experience -IT/Computer literate with experience with Stock xcfaprz Management Software Programs
- Strong people management and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills -Self- motivated, reliable and punctual
- Flexible approach to work Skills: Warehouse Management Warehouse Logistics People Management
