About

The Private Debt Team at AIM SE drives and oversees investments across infrastructure debt, real estate debt, private corporate debt, and blended finance on behalf of Allianz. Based in Munich, the team works together with colleagues worldwide to implement its strategies in collaboration with internal and external asset managers. You will contribute to the development of the private debt strategy and help grow our investment agenda across the full private debt spectrum.


  • Contribute to the development of the global investment strategy of Allianz in the private debt space
  • Support in large-scale private debt investment proposals (in collaboration with other investment professionals) through qualitative and quantitative investment analysis
  • Further develop data analytics for private debt, performance measurement, ongoing portfolio management and sustainability topics
  • Guide decision-making processes at global and local level, in particular for investment transactions
  • Manage relationships with internal and external asset managers

  • Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or similar area; further qualifications such as CFA are beneficial
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment, finance or valuation functions – ideally in portfolio steering, fixed income, credit strategies or alternative assets
  • Analytical skills with interest in financial markets and investments
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, personal drive and "getting things done" attitude
  • Written and oral fluency in English, German or other European languages is beneficial
