Material Handler

Join our team as a Material Handler and contribute to the safe and efficient movement of steel products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

Location: El Mirage, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, Fridays as needed | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay rate: $21.55 per hour

Duties:

• Operate overhead crane systems to lift and move steel beams, plates, and assemblies

• Use chains, grabs, and rigging tools to safely secure materials

• Move smaller steel parts and tools manually (10–50 lbs)

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tractors to transport materials

• Load and unload materials from trucks and railcars

• Assist with cleaning, painting, and organizing steel and production areas

• Perform general housekeeping and routine maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous overhead crane experience required

• Ability to meet physical demands including strength, stamina, mobility, vision, and hearing

• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around heavy equipment

• Must successfully complete required training period prior to permanent shift assignment
