Painting and Boxing Refurbished Parts and Motors

Who we are:

Loader Parts Source (LPS) is a growing company serving the skid loader repair industry. We were founded in 2008 and have since expanded into 3 buildings, all located in Elkhart, IN. We utilize EOS as our operating system and are driven to create leaders, not just at LPS, but in all aspects of life.

Summary/Purpose of the position:

We are looking for the right person who is proactive and motivated to work with limited supervision. This person will need to pay attention to details, can multitask, be dependable, and communicate with other members of the team. This is a crucial role in the first step of our remanufacturing process.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Warehouse manager

Responsibilities:

·       Dependable and reliable

·       Attention to detail

·       Wants to work with a team

·       Paint pumps and motors to look like new

·       Place Inventory in correct location

·       Have Correct information on labels

Other Requirements

·       Cleaning/prepping/ paint reman pumps and motors

·       Documenting order numbers, serial numbers, and other information

·       Building small pallets and keeping inventory on boxes necessary to pack product

·       Packing product with industrial foam packing, labeling, and placing finished products on shelf

·       Keep warehouse neat and organized

·       Help in warehouse as needed

·       Backup for LTL and parcel processing with My Carrier and Ship Station.

·       Inventory counting / controls.

·       Valid driver’s license.  (Must meet insurance criteria for driving.)
