Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

Position Responsibilities

· Perform inbound and outbound operations in Service Station.

· Unload sub-contractor vehicles with HHT scanning, breakdown shipments and conduct sorting.

· Handle shipment discrepancies, damaged freight, and other exception shipments; report issues to the supervisor.

· Maintain accurate shipment records and complete required warehouse documentation.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

· Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and supervisor instructions at all times.

· Support inventory counts and other warehouse activities as assigned.

· Coordinate with drivers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience preferred.

· Ability to use handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems.

· Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

· Ability to safely lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds.
