Warehouse/ Driver Associate

• $18.50/hour • Temp-to-Hire

About This Opportunity

Seeking a reliable Warehouse and Driver associate to support warehouse operations and deliver products to customers. This role includes inventory handling, order fulfillment, and operating company vehicles.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay : $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Hours may vary: 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM- depending on workload)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start: Flexible

Pre Employment Requirements

• Background Check Required
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Pick and check product for orders
• Unload trucks
• Put away inventory
• Deliver orders to customers
• Operate company vehicles (van, diesel cab, 16 ft box truck)
• General warehouse duties as assigned

Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used

• Warehouse equipment

Work Environment and Dress Code

• No holes in clothing
• Closed-toe shoes or work boots required

Requirements

• General warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Requirements

• Warehouse and delivery driving experience
