Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Duties

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate records within the warehouse management system.
• Perform order picking duties, ensuring that items are selected accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following best practices for materials handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) safely.
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order picking techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices and materials handling procedures.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and other inventory management tools.
