In this role, you will guide clients through the process of understanding, selecting, and managing their insurance coverageincluding auto, home, life, and health policies. Responsibilities
Assess Client Needs : Consult with clients to evaluate their insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Offer Tailored Solutions : Present and explain policy options in auto, home, life, health, and other types of insurance to meet individual client needs.
Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, follow-ups, and service.
Handle Policy Sales and Renewals : Facilitate the application, underwriting, and renewal process for insurance policies.
Educate Clients : Clearly explain terms, coverage limits, premiums, and benefits to ensure clients fully understand their policies.
Provide Ongoing Support : Assist clients with policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, and other service-related issues.
Meet Sales Goals : Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective prospecting, referrals, and upselling.
Stay Informed : Keep up to date with insurance laws, policy updates, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance.
Requirements
- Active license in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the State of Missouri (or a willingness to obtain prior)
- We will help you through licensing
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, email, quoting tools).
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
