Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Wealth Management
- Serve as the primary advisor for an established set of client relationships, supporting every aspect of their financial lives.
- Design and manage holistic financial plans that reflect each client’s goals, values, and life stage.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and deliver clear, actionable strategies.
- Provide expertise in investments, insurance, retirement, tax, and estate planning .
- Collaborate with clients’ attorneys, CPAs, and insurance specialists to ensure cohesive, integrated strategies.
Business Development
- Lead engaging meetings with prospective and existing clients, strengthening relationships and driving firm growth.
- Achieve or exceed targets for new client acquisition, revenue, and assets under management (AUM) .
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal teams and external professionals such as attorneys, CPAs, and Medicare brokers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required ; CFP® certification or equivalent (ChFC® or Master’s in Financial Planning).
- FINRA Series 7 and relevant state insurance licenses.
- 5+ years in financial services, with 3+ years in a client-facing advisory role.
- Proficiency with eMoney , Redtail CRM , and Microsoft Excel a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to attend networking and business development events (6–10 per year).

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package , including base salary, profit sharing , and an environment that rewards performance and growth.
Comprehensive Benefits:
- Health Insurance: Employer covers 80% of individual premiums. Employees contribute 20%. Employees are responsible for premiums on family coverage.
