Your Opportunity AwaitsIn this dynamic, multi-skilled role, you’ll join a highly skilled maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can expect:
- Provide engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
- Work with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, welding systems, and more.
- Receive top-notch training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
- Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.
As a vital member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime with safe working practices.
- Conducting PM checks and running checks, ensuring timely completion.
- Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed.
- Embracing training opportunities to enhance your skills.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems.
- A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
